• What　is a will?
  A will is a legal document which sets out who you want to receive your assets when you pass on.
• Can　I subscribe to the simple will service in my personal capacity?
  Yes, you can subscribe to the simple will service by completing our simple will form, ensuring that the document is validly executed and submitting the original copy with evidence of your custody fee payment　 at our office (The Wealth House Plot 1678 Olakunle Bakare Close Off Sanusi Fafunwa Street Victoria Island Lagos) or any Stanbic IBTC Bank branch .
• How is a will validly executed?
  The testator/testatrix (the person who owns the will) must sign the Will in the presence of two witnesses none of whom should be a beneficiary of the will. The witnesses must also sign and date the document with the same date. The law requires that all three of them must be present at the same time when signing the will.
• Do　I need to inform the beneficiaries that I listed in my will? 　　　　　
  No, you don’t have to inform the beneficiaries. We advise against informing them to avoid abuse of this information or expose you to grave harm.
