Omolola is currently the Head, Risk and Capital Management for Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC. She is a chartered accountant with over 16 years of Banking experience. She joined Stanbic IBTC in September 2009 as the Head of Credit MIS and worked in two other roles thereafter. Over the course of her career, Omolola has acquired skills and competencies in areas such as, but not limited to, Enterprise Risk Management, Capital Management, Credit Portfolio Management, Sustainability, Financial Controls, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Budgeting and Management Information Systems.

Omolola attended the University of Ibadan where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Honours (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Economics. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, United Kingdom. She has attended numerous training both local and international in her areas of competency. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
