Mrs. Abimbola Afolabi-Ajayi possess over 25 years’ cognate and hands-on experience in Legal and Trust matters and is currently the Managing Partner of Rocksafe Nominees (Company Secretaries & Legal Practitoners). Prior to this she was the Group Executive Director/Group Company Secretary of Investment One Financial Services Limited (Formerly GTB Asset Management Limited). She has also acted as Divisional Head, Legal, Trust & Wealth Management in Investment One Financial Services Limited as well as Senior Manager & Head, Trust & Legal Services in FBN Trustees Limited.

Mrs. Afolabi-Ajayi holds an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University as well as a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK.
